Meeting rooms A1-A3

25m² - 47 m² / 8 - 20 persons

The meeting rooms A1 and A2 are perfect for smaller meetings and coordination. They are each equipped with a whiteboard, a table and 6-8 chairs. Furthermore, the rooms offer a screen with click & show technology for easy projection onto the screen. In meeting room A2, the table can also be converted into a standing workstation.

Meeting room A3 can be used for seminars, small workshops or somewhat larger meetings. The room is already equipped with a beamer (VGA and HDMI). Whiteboard or flipchart can be easily booked in addition.

Meeting rooms C1-C3

25m² / 6 - 10 persons

Meeting rooms C1-C3 are designed for small workshops and casual meetings. Meeting room C1 has a chalkboard on the wall in addition to comfortable armchairs. Meeting rooms C2 and C3 are each equipped with a whiteboard. Room C2 in particular invites creative work with its playful atmosphere. There is no permanently installed technology in the rooms, but a mobile beamer can easily be booked.
All three rooms are directly next to the lounge and can therefore be used perfectly for breakout sessions.

Lounge

70m² / 40 persons

The lounge is ideal for receptions, caterings, barbecue events, lectures and networking events. It is equipped with about 30 seats, 5 tables, a swing, a projector (HDMI+VGA), screen, kitchenette, refrigerator and a couch area. In addition, there is a large outdoor area that provides the ideal ambiance for a get-together at the end of a workshop day in the summer. 
The lounge is directly next to rooms C1, C2 and C3.

Conference room + atrium

217m² / 145 persons

The conference room is ideal for symposiums, lectures, forums and large events. It is equipped with a projector (VGA + HDMI), screen, 2 handheld mics, 1 gooseneck mic & 1 tie mic, 145 chairs and 30 tables. There are different seating options depending on the event. The room holds 60 people with parliamentary seating, 145 seats with theater seating, and 30 people with U-shape with tables.

The conference room is directly next to the atrium, which is therefore perfect for breaks. Catering can be set up here to match the event or a get-together can be organized after the event. 

Workshop room – Hub 2 + Connect 2

177 m² / 25 persons + 25 m² / 4 persons

The HUB 2 is the ideal workshop room. Equipped with a beamer (VGA + HDMI), screen, 4 work islands as well as 2 bar tables, it is perfectly suited for group work. Many other small seating areas are especially inviting for agile working. A small kitchenette with coffee machine rounds of the offer perfectly. 

In addition, there is another completely separate small meeting room - Connect 2 - which is equipped with a table and 6 chairs, so that smaller private meetings are possible here. Furthermore, the room offers a screen with click & show technology for easy projection on the screen.

Podcast Studio

25 m² / 4 persons

Equipped with chairs and microphones for up to 4 people and a RØDECaster, our studio has everything you need for your own podcast. Each speaker's place is equipped with an individually adjustable microphone as well as headphones. 
With the RØDECaster you can record the podcast, set the volume of the individual microphones, play music and sounds, and add guests via telephone.
All you need to bring for your recording is your own SD memory card and then you're ready to go!

Booking

Please send us your booking request via the contact form.

After receipt of your request, you will receive a response from us shortly. We will then reserve the desired rooms for 14 days without obligation. If we have not received a firm booking after these two weeks, the reservation will be automatically deleted.
